How many guests does your venue accommodate?

Ivy Oaks can accommodate up to 150 guests. That is our maximum guest capacity.

What time can we reserve the venue?

What are the nearest towns and hotels?

Huntsville, AL and Fayetteville, TN are the closest towns with hotels—both typically 20–35 minutes away.

There are also several very nice Airbnb locations in New Market, some of which are only 5 miles from Ivy Oaks. We’re happy to share more info on those properties.

Is catering included in any of your packages?

What we provide vs. what you bring in.

No—We are just the venue. We’re happy to make recommendations for caterers, but we do not offer catering service.

Do your guests have to use vendors from your vendor list?

Flexibility with your vendor choices.

No. We do have a recommended list based on vendors we’ve worked with in the past, but we don’t have a required list.

Does your venue offer a wedding coordinator?

We do not offer a coordinator as part of our packages, but we do have one or two coordinators we highly suggest— they’re excellent and very affordable. We do require that you have a minimum of a “Day Of” coordinator.

Is alcohol allowed at your venue?

What is required to save the date at your venue?

A signed contract and $500 down is all that is required to save your date at Ivy Oaks.
